Abstract: Intranasal drug delivery is a promising route for directly to the brain acute or chronic treatments. A direct offers rapid approach delivering drugs central nervous system without using parenteral route. Carmustine nitrosourea used treat tumors, multiple myeloma, lymphoma, and Hodgkin’s disease but its use limited by very little half-life in body fluids. The nanoparticles have shown great potential overcome problems related shorten shelf life. present study aims develop nose-to-brain prevent degradation prolong it’s bioavailability at target site. It has that uniform size shape were found be 231±21.2 nm with 0.128 PDI. stabilized sufficient surface charge zeta of was -21.2±2.3 mV.
